Would you like to increase flexibility and improve muscle tone?  Therapeutic Massage is the stepping stone between Swedish and Deep tissue.  Using similar strokes as Swedish, Therapeutic is a more vigorous massage effecting both the fascia and the muscles.  This massage is not meant to be painful and should be one that leaves you feeling invigorated, yet relaxed too.
